D10 Planet in Lagna

I am trying to rectify a birth time and I have a question on how a planet in D10 lagna will perform as opposed to it being in the 2nd house.

In this specific example, Jupiter is placed in his own sign Aries, what would the general results be if it was the 1st or if it was the 2nd house in terms of career during the persons Jupiter period (placed in 11th with Moon in Rasi (Leo lagna). 9th with Saturn Mercury aspected by Venus in Navamsa (Libra lagna)
