Heavily loaded D-10's 1,7 houses

In D-10 chart,
1st house and 7th house are loaded with a lot of planets.

mo ve ke-1st
ma ra su -2nd
jupter in 4th me and sa in 6th and 8th respectively.

does this correspond to anything significant?
