clarification about saptamsa- technical query

1. what is to be concluded when for a lady kshetra sphuta in d1 is odd/odd and in d7 it is even/even. which result prevails?
2. in even lagna for d7 counting is anticlockwise so will 5th house actually be the 9th house if counted clockwise?
3. how are the 7 dieties used in saptmasa
