i am a beginner in astrology,
what is navamsa chart?
some people says
1).Only to see strength of planets ,
2). navamsa chart is used to know about life partmer ,
3).navamsa chart shows persons life after 30 years.
what is right?
please learned members give me chance to know.

all the three points u have heard about navaamsha are ryt.
navaamsha basically shows your true abilities and tendencies.
tht is why a planet strong in navaamsha, even if weak in raashi, is considered to be strong.
because strong planets in navaamsha show strong abilities related to it. so inspite of losing strength in raashi [which will b evident normally in de first 30yrs of life], a planet strong in navaamsha will eventually bring out those strengths in de person in de later half of their lives. this is how navaamsha is used to look at strengths of planets.
as for spouse, look at 7th from lagna. it'll show wat kinda spouse u may get.
also consider de relative placement-wise relationship of aathma kaaraka and dhaara kaaraka. if they r in trines or kendras, marital life is gonna b good,,, 3-11 placement is also good.
