Hi,

I happened to stumble onto this thread. And, out of curiosity, I cast the bith-chart using the details provided in this thread. For the records, both Rahu and Moon/Chandra are in Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degree. Incidentally, his Moon/Chandra Antara-Dasha starts in August 2025.

I would appreciate if impact of the same were articulated, in this context of this discussion.

Sincerely...

Hi,

Just so we are clear, the stated condition of Moon/Chandra being in Mrityu Bhaga is as per Saravali, Jataka Parijatam and Sarvanth Chintamani. The same changes if we were to switch to the guidance in Phala Deepika or Brihat Prajapatyam.

For the records, there is no change in Rahu's condition though.

Sincerely...

It is also interesting that his 10th house is influenced by many planets: Saturn's 10th aspect, Jupiter's 5th aspect, Mars' 7th aspect, conjunction of Moon and Venus in the 10th house, and Sun and Mercury in Venus rashi Libra. Except the nodes, all the planets seem to be connected to the 10th house in terms of placement and aspects.Ketu is in a Venus nakshatra.

Hi,

The Indian Cricket Team Captain is currently in the midst of Rahu Maha Dasha and seems to have started Antara of Venus/Shukra... placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in both Rashi or D-1 and Dasamsa or D-10 charts. Although there is Rashi Parivarthana between Venus/Shukra and Mercury/Budha in D-1, there is no such relief in D-10. This would perhaps help explain his current situation.

Subsequent Antara Lord Sun/Ravi is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in Rashi or D-1... but shows up in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation in D-10. All said and done, assuming his birth-time is accurate, his Dasamsa chart is indeed interesting.

Hi,

My worst fears have continued to come true...
Kohli has stepped down as captain of the Indian Test team, after giving up captaincy of the Indian T20 team and being nudged out as captain of the Indian ODI team. He play a sublime innings to score 79 in the 1st innings of the 3rd test...and ended up throwing his wicket, while quickly losing partners on the other end. It was clear that he was not destined to score a much needed century.

There does not seem to be any let-up for Kohli... his fortune seems to slide down, along with his stock-value. Wonder if he believes in Astrology and is aware of what might be contributing to his distracted/disturbed frame of mind or unpleasant situation.

Hi,

Hope Jupiter's transit into 7th and Saturn's transit into 6th from natal Moon will give relief.

Hi,

Following his career and watching his plight/struggle in the recent past has been quite torturing... been a while since Jupiter/Guru's transit into the 7th from Moon/Chandra, in Meena Rashi - not sure how Saturn/Shani-dev's recent transit into the 6th house of Kumbha Rashi might be useful.

In any case, it looks like he will be rested for the upcoming series.

Sincerely...

I am revisiting this chart after a long time

Kohli just ran into bad time

Successive anatras of Ketu in the 9th which is a malefic planet even when well placed and takes the native away from competitive, aggressive streak ...in his case it's badly placed in Nk of Venus that is debilitated a
and
That was followed by debilitated Venus anatra sitting in 10th house of career honors.

That the D10 Vimsottari anatras were also of Ketu and Venus closely matching with the D1 Vimsottari anatarsa...meant no support from the D-10 chart also where Venus is again debilitated

by the time Jup antara arrives that is his Rasi lagnesh and well placed in Navansh....he would have turned too old.

Just a case where destiny closed some doors at the critical times

Hi,

In my humble opinion, Kohli is still a very good player - with right skills, attitude and hard-working ethics. Fortune/luck is currently not favoring him. In the current situation, I wonder what might be a good remedy... something that he should consider.

Hi,

Kohli's performance off late... more so in Indian team's World Cup opener against Pakistan today will probably raise some questions (it has for me) about...
1. Accuracy of his birth-details - the one we are using in this thread.
2. What (if any) has brought about the change in fortune.
3. What (from an astrological perspective) influenced his performance today etc.
Would love all supportive/differing comment on this topic.

Sincerely...

Kohli has managed to cross some milestones, while breaking a number of records (including the famed highest number of centuries in One Day Internationals, held by Tendulkar) in the recent past. Tonight he was crowned Man of the CWC Tournament, after a phenomenal string of performances . So, I cannot help wonder about my understanding of his birth-chart, casted as per details in this thread. Any thoughts, insights and differing perspective would be appreciated.

Sincerely...
