Sometimes a female native with prominent Leo is barren ; I have the bhava chart of a lady doctor ; she is specialist in her faculty ; presently in her 40’s

I agree i have noticed this too, anyone knows the logic behind it ? leo seems to always indicate loss, holes, troubles etc
