Empowering vs Enhancing Saturn

Hi,

I am curious to know different remedial measures to empower (make it stronger/powerful) vs enhance (make it more good/benefic) of a planet (for example Saturn).

There are few set of remedy,
- Usage based, use some items, wear certain colours etc
- Restriction based, fast on a day, do not consume some items etc
- Charity based, give away few items, help someone or with something etc

How each are determined and how if it is associated with enhancement or empowerment?

For example,
Capricorn ascendent, Saturn goes to 12th House.
Saturn being Lagna Lord should help native but if it is giving long delay in everything in life for native, for very small small things. Should one empower or enhance Saturn? And by which sort of way?

Saturn in 12th house of saggitarus may mean your home temple may not be neatly maintained. It also means an old age brahmin or a guru taking charge of your religious matters. Can cause loss of wealth and self identity from material perspective. Donation to temples is the key theme hear. Fathers house may not be in good condition and Spouse may have had enemies who were conquered well though the spouse may have had long term illnesses. A good and long running job for the spouse. Maternal grandfather may have been a very strict disciplinarian in terms of dharma.

Remedies can vary depending upon the type of problem involved. Cannot be one shot for all. IDeally for saturn karmic remedies serve best considering its nature. Doing hard work, sweating and slogging to achieve goals, helping poor, maintaing discipline, keeping away from liquor etc are the key remedies to keep saturn pacified irrespective of chart placements.

1. Working on the strength of the planet- Strong or Weak
2.Working on Quality of the planet-Make it more positive

And we work on this over all property of planet gets affected. So as an example When you are going to strengthen the Sun (suppose as your bhagyasthan lord or Lagna Lord) you would not only strengthen its control and discipline but also its bossy nature. This might clear up the concept
