Do combust planets give better results after fathers death i.e. are the effects of combustion reduced after fathers death since Sun represents father in horoscope?

It's an interesting question.
IMO, there is no such thing as combustion will be over after father's death. I've not read it or heard it.
Combust planets give frustration in that aspect of life. And father's death will not change that.
But let's seek the opinion from other learned members of this forum.

Vik-combust planets lost their physical significations but their internal trait significations are intact with them.Here i have given a key clue.so dwell it deeply and you will surely in surprise about the phenomenon of combustion.

What if the only combust planet in a chart is the lord of the rashi where Rahu is. For example. Mercury being combust, and Rahu is in Gemini. With a combust mercury then, if the native has been adviced to write and lecture, would combustion render the very physical significations, reading and lecturing as insignificant on the material plane. So then, what should the native do? Calculate in his/her own mind, communicate with mind, or what else?

Please note that occultation might be more significant than simply nearness to sun in longitude! Minor planets (mercury and venus) when direct are on the other (occult; hidden) side of sun, or in other words behind the sun's disk and temporarily invisible. When retrograde, they are between sun and earth. If you are exploring combustion, please note the charts in which minor planet is between sun and earth (retrograde) vs when sun is between minor planet and earth. Note too that the major planets (mars, jupiter, saturn) when combust (conjunct with sun) are always on the other side, with sun between the planet and earth! Do consider the declination and latitude into consideration since it would alter/modify the degree of occultation.
