Debilitated Vargottam Atmakarka meaning - Part -1
Venus in Virgo - in search of incredible love
Native yearns for perfection in the person s/he loves.
If found pure and perfect, then native puts him/her on a pedestal and worships.
Native likes a person who has some planet in Virgo - Jupiter/Mercury/Mars/Sun/Venus or who has planets in Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces signs.
D1 is for external qualities and nature. D9 is for internal qualities nature
When Venus gets 'Vargottam', it means, again Venus is in Virgo sign in D9.
By this, the native internally also desires the same pure qualities.
Virgo is 6th house of Zodiac and represents service, sharpness. So, person owns the ability for nurturing, and wants to be helpful; enjoys selfless assistance to the one they love; and may want this reciprocated. Native wants to feel needed by their mate. When a self (soul) selects a planet as its main self in a birth, then, the soul with this planet as a chara atmakaraka needs to overcome that planet's (eg. sukracharya's) negative qualities by undergoing required lessons in rebirth cycle. Then only, a soul can reach its final destination - the supreme soul.

Debilitation of Atmakaraka in D1 and D9
This indicates some outer and inner weakness of AK, and lessons are to be learned externally as well as internally by getting the help of other sources (planets). It means the Ak has to take the help of other planets to fulfill its mission. Whereas Venus in other signs would not require any help from others.
Venus cannot help herself as she is debilitated in D9 and further she is not in retrogression. Now, even to get the help from other planets, they must be capable/available to give/provide or they must be in a situation to accept the deal. For this, they must stay in 1,4,7,10 houses either from lagna or from Moon, or, they must conjoin or aspect the debilitated planet.
So, the sources (planets) of help are -
Venus dispositor - Mercury can have the potential to help
Expert of Virgo - Venus can learn from Mercury (exalts in Virgo)
Venus exaltation sign dispositor - Jupiter can also help Venus to overcome its challenges and weaknesses
Exalted planets in Venus-ruled signs - Saturn can also help

If only a single planet is available for help, Venus slowly completes the mission (NBY). If several planets are available, then Venus quickly overcomes physical and rational negatives and completes the mission very early in life (NBRY).
