Mercury + Ketu Conjuction Significance

I want to know what is the significance of ketu mercury conjunction in my chart.

mer-ketu in positive sign but its dispositor is in negitive sign and placed in 12th from his own sign.so ketu gives 12th house results in your chart. ketu gives more roaming where as mer gives stand still kind of actions/jobs. Mer acts as a demon and ketu acts as an ordinary human being.Mercury pereoids will give heart burn/acidity/anger/BP and where as ketu gives financial gains in their mutual dasa-antharas.

Ok ..its just that I simply dont understand how ketu behaves like a human and mercury as a demon . I am very new to understand astrology and the back-end calculations.

I am trying to learn astrology. Anyways coming to the very point of my post

I was planning to wear an emerald (panna) because i think ketu is affecting my analytical mind and speech. I have learning disorders from childhood which is affecting my overall life. Can u please address my last query whether to go for emerald gemstone? Is it safe according to my chart?
