What hapoens when Sun and mars exchange signs in natal chart? Does a weak and combust moon hinder the yoga? Also, my mars is in pushkar navamsa.

It depends on when houses they rule. If its 6,8,12 houses are in parivartana and they get stronger only troubles will arise in sun and mars dasa and bhukti.
