No.one navamsa ,that is 3-20 minutes distance is considered as true conjunction. The planets given different orbit degrees won't work as modern astro books are mentioned.

3:20 degrees you take or take planets in the same Pada of a sign ? in other words do you consider a planet in 29 degree lets say leo and another planet at 1 degree Virgo as a conjunction as both of them are just 2 degrees apart ?

Also planets in less than 1 degree in the same pada are considered to be in some kind of planetary war loosing some significance is int it ?

Thanks

same sign and same star charana only.Planetary war can occur with two or more planets, but only non-luminaries like Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn can be involved. Sun and Moon cannot be engaged in planetary war.sun participates only in combustion.planets in less than 1 degree in the same pada are considered to be in some kind of planetary war loosing some significance is right but it is also a special yoga called GOLA where the result planetary war was less felt.
