While choosing a number in prashna, is it okay to use random number generators so as to rule out any bias?

One must not use a random number generator software or mechanism. Better to use a table of numbers in a file/paper and select one number from it. This number closely and exactly reflects the mind of querist and helps the astrologer to find out the correct prediction. Generator software may not reflect the querist's mind.
