I would not like to disclose that. I thought one can at least say whether the query would get solved or not. Is there anything else one can see or predict things from just Prashna Kundali?

Dear SL
My understanding of the prashna is that just like the birth time of every baby is fixed, the birth time of any idea is also fixed.
So question comes first then the chart reveals about it.
There are numerous significators of each house in chart and the analysis is based on the prashna. Secondly the degrees of the planets & lagna are very important to see the various yogas formed in chart.
Though there is a concept of moot prashna i.e. analyzing what is the question in native's chart but that require making chart from Astrologer not by the querist.

prashna kundali is used to predict events.
Prashna Kundali is based on the date, time the question is asked.
There are different methods of making prashna kundali. In some method astrologer take a number and make the chart as per his convinience. In that case time of judgement is important.
In Prashna Kundali Moon reflects the mind and a good astrologer can give answer of the query without asking any question.
