Can someone please tell me if Saturn always show bad Aspects ? Is it irrespective of its Exceled Exalted and Debilitated nature ?
Asking this because few pandits have told me that Saturn Aspects are never good it will always slowdown the progess of the house where ever it casts its aspects.
Please shred your knowledge on this.

From what I know, it is true. Saturn always bad for everyone, even if it supposed to be good for you chart. I'm new to this, and still learning. PLs. chek with others.

Yes, it’s correct. He is placed in 4th house in my chart- delay in education I was the eldest in class in school. Saturn aspects my moon so mother has been emotionally absent for me and my career hasn’t been as great aspect on 10th house. Progress is slow.
