Is there any yoga(good/bad) formed by mutual exchange of 11 th & 6 th house lord in tula(libra) lagna/asc.

It is one of the Dainya Parivartan Yogas. During the 11th lord's dasha, it may cause challenges to 11th house significations. FYI, the book "Phaladeepika" lists all the possible combinations of mutual exchange between house lords.

Shows conflict of interest,but to properly analyse we must check up the karakansha in D/9 chart plus the placement of the ascendant lord which is the root karak alongwith its karakansa placement in the natal chart.
