Planets in trimsamsa degree

Are planets in mrityu bhaga always bad, in the same way as planets in pushkar bhaga always good, such as during their dasha.. for example - during ketu period (ketu in MB) would it always cause harm?
Do they also come in effect during their AD? know somebody who has saturn in MB (would have saturn MD in old age), but everything in life seem to be great so far.
