I was wondering if there is any software that outputs yogi and avayogi points? I looked up Jhora and could not find this information. Also, could not find extensive information on yogi points in the internet. Not much information is available it seems.

It is in Jhora if you right-click on the main page in the window to the right side where it shows the list of planet degrees+information. Then after right-clicking, go through the menu and you'll see near the bottom of the list: "Yogi, Sahayogi and Avayogi planets" . Click that, and it will display them.
to change back to default, right-click again and in the menu select: "Longitude+Basic info" .
The yogi point is the longitude displayed next to the Yogi planet after you selected to view them.
Or you can scroll down on the main page display (the default one with all the planet degrees), and at the bottom of the list there is: Yoga sphuta. That is the same as yogi point.

right click where you are seeing the longitudes of planet & you will get a pop-up menu in middle itself your desired info is there.
Even in longitudes itself it is mentioned about yoga sphuta & Ava yoga sphuta. If you know in which constellation hey are in they becomes yogi & Ava yogi.
for example if yoga sphuta is at 0 degree 26 minutes in Virgo. Sun becomes yogi. Since it will be in Uttaraphalguni constellation
