Scorpio Lagna (Anuradha-3) with Moon and Rahu
Mars in Libra on 12th house
Venus in Scorpio on 1st house
Query
1. Mars is the lord of 1st and 6th
2. Venus is the lord of 7th and 12th
So how do we interpret this. Since it has both Kendra and Dusthana ownerships.
How does this affect the person and in what terms?
Presently in Venus MD and Jupiter AD

Exchange of 1st and 12th lords is never considered good. Implies losses to you, and all your developments, desires, dreams are pushed into the background. They become secondary to everything else that your life situations throw at you.
Since mars has gone into 12th house, and venus in lagna, it is not exchange of 6th, 7th houses even if the lordships are there. That would happen only if Venus went to 6th (as ruler of 7th) and mars came to 7th (as ruler of 6th). Hope you are able to understand.
