Vargottamma signigicance

Hi All,
Summary:
A Scorpio ascendant (Anuradha-3) with Jupiter in 4th as Vargottamma. What does this signifies, being a BIG planet does this has something to offer?

Also I understand that Jupiter being a lord of 2nd and 5th could be a Maraka, so how does this impact the person? But at the same time, generally the Jupiter is Beneficial for Scorpio?

Do we have any remedies to neutralize or remove the ill effects of Jupiter as Maraka?

How can we interpret these being a Vargottamma.
