1) PP dosh is get cancelled so sat had given job in
rah-sat-sat . But not whole period of rah - sat . He had
left job in rah-sat-mer period. So saturn is positive
for job as PP dosh is cancelled .

2) I think you have not got my point of aspect of retro jupiter. Do you know special rule for retro
planets.

The planets Mars, Saturn, Jupiter when in Retro, and only if they are in early or late degrees, can influence 5 to 6 houses. This is my opinion.

Is there any other thing? please mention.

Special Rule for aspect of retrograde planets by
Shri K. N. RAO saheb is as follows ,

"" A retrograde planet gives effects from the house
previous to the one in which it is positioned , For
example , if saturn (Retrograde) is in Aquarius, it will
give , from Aquarius , aspects on Leo , on Aries, & on
Scorpio . But being retrograde , it will give effects
from capricorn also. It will then aspect Cancer, Pisces and Libra ."""

In this Way the three planets , saturn , jupiter and mars
can cover three houses through their aspects and
the fourth its position . When retrograde , it will cover
four additional houses.

As per shri K. N. Rao this special rule is applied throughout their research.

I don't accept this concept.

Unless a planet is at early degrees, it cannot aspect/influence other signs.
