There are two kinds of impacts for any dasha, the general and the specific. What specific houses and placements relate to Jupiter and Rahu will define the results that one would get in the dasha. But as far as the general effects are concerned, Jupiter’s antardasha is the most transformative one.

Jupiter’s is the second antardasha in the mahadasha of Rahu. The first antardasha, which is of Rahu itself, is generally not very positive for people. Especially those with an unstable/weak mind. I know someone going through a rahu dasha, rahu is placed very strongly. but this person has done all the wrong things with others, taken property that didn't belong to him, paid off government officials, makes up corrupt schemes and they actually work. he is in rahu--jupiter bukthi now if anyone tries to uncover his wrong doings it doesn't work luck helps him.

All depends on placement in the chart..
I know a person who is cancer ascendant with Ra+Ju in 9th house (in pisces sign) forming a guru-chandal yoga in his birthchart.
Now for a cancer ascendant, jupiter is one very important planet since jupiter exalts in cancer. Also, with Jupiter placed in 9th house (in trikona) which is its own house and in pisces sign which is its own sign, jupiter becomes pretty powerful and it enhances goodluck. Ra+Ju is also considered benefic in todays practical world.

So for this person, during Ra-Ra and Ra-Ju, he got his first job in a big MNC, went abroad within just 1 year of joining the job, stayed abroad for 4 years, had a very handsome salary, and came back to india for good exactly at the end of Ra-Ju dasha.
However, I dont think these 2 dashas were "transformative". They gave him growth, money, status, power, etc, but it was still very superficial. Once the Ra-Sa dasha started, he started facing real problems in life. And it is the problems that "transform" a person. Good times are just an illusion.
