I was just looking at an example horoscope in this classic book by K.N. Rao given in chapter 8 entitled, "Predictive Tit Bits [sic...Tidbits] CBI...he gives the following birth details for Illustration-9 Birth-Chart, Aug. 11, 1943, 9:45 p.m. Pittsburgh.
The problem is I'm getting totally different degrees for all of the planets, and I'm even getting the rashi Moon in Sagittarius, while he has it in Scorpio.
Is anyone else getting different results than what is printed in that book for that example?
