Websites that generate free vedic birth charts

I'm so confused whether my daughters lagna is Taurus or Aries as 70 % gives me a chart with Taurus Asa and 30% Aries Asa . She was born in Ottawa , Canada . June 10 2008
To my surprise there are regular map websites which also show different lat/ long ( 45.42n 75.69w ) although I see the astrology websites are mostly using 45N 25 and 75w 42 for this city.
Is that a common issue with ppl born in the western world?
Some of the websites also show sunrise time 4:14 but the actual sun rise per records ( from another website) 5:14 am

Can someone enlighten me on this matter?

45.42 is in decimal notation. To convert into degrees and minutes, 0.42X60 = 25 minutes.
Similarly, 0.69X60 = 41.4 minutes.

The one hour difference could be because one website did not consider DST? To me, 5:14 appears correct.
Pl post time of birth to determine correct ascendent.

Per your experience dear members, Which website has generated accurate birth charts for ppl born on the west or outside India for that matter? Because that would be the most important thing to begin with and to start reading a chart.

I'm still struggling to find the Asa for above birthday.

Also in summers there should be no daylight saving time( adding 1 hr to the normal time) because it only starts in the fall( oct) and ends in spring( march).

Even then the lagna is Aries??

Eastern Time Zone is the Eastern Time Zone of the United States of America (USA) and Canada. Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5).

When does Eastern Time change to Daylight Saving Time?
In most states in the USA and in most provinces in Canada, Daylight-Saving Time (DST) is observed. During DST the time is shifted forward by 1 hour to EDT; which is 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4).

In the Summer months Eastern Time is shifted back by 1 hour to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) or (GMT-5).

The schedule for the states of the United States that adopt daylight saving time are:

2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March to
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.

I tried using the above downloadable software with the same data except time gmt-5 the lagna is Taurus

Yes, GMT-5 gives Taurus.

So maybe Mr. V Paul will be able to help us decide that firstly should we be using GMt-5 in those born in summers in eastern time zone and secondly if the lagna indeed is Taurus
