Dear Astrologers,

It is very clear in his chart that Rahu is giving him raja yoga, rahu being place in the 1st house aspected by a strong 4th lord Saturn. However, rahu is placed in Scorpio (its debilitation sign) and Justin is currently under Rahu mahadasha. My question thus is : Can a debilitated Rahu give all positive benefics such as widespread fame, wealth , name,etc during his mahadasha? Or in other words, Rahu giving raja yoga to the native nullifies the fact that rahu is debilitated?
It seems very evident that this is the case in Justin horoscope.

His Rahu is forming a Raj Yoga as it is aspected by Saturn. 4th Lord Saturn placed in own sign and has a 10th aspect on Rahu, which is debilitated in Ascendant. Saturn is strong and is enuf to give him Raj Yoga... Ra MD just acted as a trigger.
