I have a friend who is currently 1 month pregnant, and she is experiencing abdominal pain. Doctors say it may lead to fetal loss. She will soon be running Saturn-Mercury-Rahu for 5 months. The problem is due to COVID, remedial measures will be difficult to be performed amidst lockdowns. Please have a look

Date of birth : 13th Nov 1983
Time = 20:30 hrs
Place = Kathmandu, Nepal

She is pregnant with 2nd baby. Her 1st baby was on June 2016 (during Jupiter-Mars)

Query : Is this pregnancy threatened? If yes, will it need remedial measures?

A quick observation of Graha or Planetary positions in the birth-chart, Dasha-Bhukti and Gochara or Planetary Transits seem to indicate unfavorable times for the native. It would perhaps make sense to exercise extra caution.

Current forecast is showing difficulties related to health and there could be travel and change of place (hospitalization).

She has been complaining about spotty bleeding and abdominal pain. There was difficulty conceiving this baby and the current issues got her worried. She is exercising medical cautions.

Given Mercury AD - Rahu PD, she might have health problems other than that related to pregnancy.

If remedial measures are to be performed, which planet it should be targeted to?
a) 5th (child) house Saturn
b) 6th (rog) house Mercury running AD
c) 12th house Rahu running PD for next 5 months, with aspect on 6th house.

Saturn being exalted, I hope it won't pose serious threat to the child. Although it being natural malefic posited with enemy Sun, can't say exactly.

The following notes from my observation of the birth-chart are relevant for the native's situation:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed in Mithuna Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ardra Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu. In my opinion, Rahu is a hardcore malefic for the chart. He is placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses/Hospitalization in Vrishaba Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Mrigashira Nakshatra, ruled by sworn enemy Mars/Kuja. Incidentally, Udaya Langa is hounded by low-profile miscreants Mandi and Gulika, indicating a weak physical consitution.
2. For the records, Rahu has a strong footprint and significant influence in the unfolding of Karma in the native's chart. Apart from Udaya Lagna, he hosts current Maha-Dasha lord Saturn/Shani in the Lunar Constellation of Swathi Nakshatra and Mano-Karaka (as also 2nd lord of family expansion) Moon/Chandra in Satabisha Nakshatra.
3. Lagna Lord Mercury/Budha is uncomfortably placed in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana in Vrischika Rashi, along with Badha-Karaka Jupiter/Guru and Ketu. Incidentally, he is the Antara-Dasha lord and is in Parivarthana Yoga with Roga-Karaka Mars/Kuja.
4. Venus/Shukra, the 5th &12th lord is placed in his Neecha-Sthana in Kanya Rashi. Jupiter/Guru, the Naisargika or natural Putra-Karaka is in very close proximity to Ketu and both are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Jyestha Nakshatra, ruled by Mercury/Budha is not preferable. Subsequent Antaras are that of Ketu and Venus/Shukra.
5. In transit Rahu-Ketu are currently over their natal placement across the 6th-12th house and the native has started her 1st phase of Sade-Sathi.

Given the situation, it would make sense to proactively exercise utmost caution.

The all important Karaka Jupiter is Negated and Lord of 5H progeny is also negated;
Besides - Sun is fallen in 5H of progeny; and, Saturn though a functional benefic for this
lagna is now said to be in Sade Sate state which is to a lesser degree.
Rahu has not much influence; but Planets - Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Sun are detrimental.
Mercury - bukthi lord and lord of lagna needs propitiation; all on a Thursday directed to Lord Vishnu
will prove beneficial.
So I recommend you direct your prayers and mantras, accordingly.
