Is this chart indicate long lasting struggle? Person isn't married(no proper relationship with the opossite sex),still lives with parents,education is broken,no satisfaction from job..less earning etc.

I've had a chance to cast your birth-chart and observe planetary positions and their condition. Below are a few notes relevant for your situation and this thread:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed in Makara Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Uttarashada Nakshatra, ruled by Sun/Ravi - the 8th lord of Pain and Sufferings, who himself is placed in Kumba Rashi, not a friendly or welcome house.
2. Lagna Lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed alongside Udaya Lagna - something he is not really comfortable, given the significations of the 1st house. To make matters worse, Sun/Ravi father/enemy has transited past and still too close (and hot) for comfort. Given his aspects, no doubt 7th house of relationships and 10th house of career (presence of low profile miscreants Mandi-Gulika is not preferred) will be a bit of a challenge.
3. Moon/Chandra, the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana is Neecha or debilitated in the 11th house of Vrischika Rashi. Although the degree of separation with Rahu is higher, there will be some effects on the weak mind.
4. For the records, Udaya Lagna and the 12th house of bed pleasures are caught between malefics, impacting their significance.
5. Conjunction of Dusthana lords 6th (& 9th) Mercury/Budha with 8th Sun/Ravi in the 2nd house of home/family expansion is not a good sign.
6. Current Maha-Dasha of Mercury/Budha has probably not been great. Subsequent Maha-Dasha is that of Ketu and will start in October 2021.
In summary, the odds seem to be stacked up for now. Marriage is delayed - not denied. Faith/Religion permitting, please consider seeking help/guidance from experienced and knowledgeable experts for appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedies.

Hi,
Ketu's avastha or condition in your birth-chart is not bad. So, I'm inclined to think he will not bother you much. But then, Ketu is the primary Karaka or significator for spiritual ways. So, he might very well ease you onto a spiritual path.
