Hope you both are staying together .There are certain adverse tendencies in your chart.
However the Fifth house is aspected by its lord (Mars) and also by the 9th lord Sun.
Beja Sphuta navamsa falls in a yugma rasi and also the 9th lord's navamsa falls in a yugma rasi.
(Both are positive indications)
Sun mahadasa / Mars antherdasa (April 2022 to ...) is capable to bless you with children.

Thanks for the analysis. Yes we are together, since these 5 years because of my husband's change of job from one place to another place, change of doctors, etc made us busy in life. We stayed over 1.5 years separate because of some uncertainty in his job.

Can you share your husband chart also if available.sun in libra ,mars in libra not good .are you facing any menstrual problems

Everything is normal except the menstrual problem, my treatment for it was about to start from March, but the invisit services are temporarily closed due to current issue in the country. My husband chart details are
