Fear of imprisionment in false case

Dear Sir,
I have been trapped in a case in which I have not been involved. The court trials are soon within weeks. I fear of imprisionment as it may finish my career and social life. The case started from November 2014 and still continues. My birth details are as-
DOB-24/03/1988
Time-23:15
Place-Patna, Bihar.
A solar eclipse with 6 planets is coming on 26th December. Rahu is over my moon in 8th house. Dasa of Jupiter and Mars(Lord of As & 6th house) is running. Yogini dasa of Sankata is also running. Will I be convicted....plz help me...

If tob is correct till jan 2020 it is going to be very tough ,and since 2019 jan might be feeling very stressed,losing your patience etc .after jan 2020 also stress will be there but out come will be positive if the court case comes up after jan 2020

Are you involved in any accidents earlier ,further mars ketu in 5:9 combination shows either accidents or court cases

Thank you vedam Sir for answering. No direct accident. I was in power sector and a private employee was doing some maintenance work of 11KV electricity on the electric pole as per my instructiions. I had taken all safety measures during work. But, due to operators fault, the worker died due to supply of current. And, case was filed against me as I was the authority for this work. God knows, it was not my fault. But, I had to pay a lot. May be, it was my karmic debt. However, the operator also not had any intention about this accident. This happened in mid November 2014
