Birth time rectification

My dob is 22-03-2000 and place is jodhpur, Rajasthan and time is 09 :26 am.
My father actually used to take 09:27 am as my time by mistake but then i found that my time is 09:25 am whuch changes my asc from taurus to aries. When i asked learned astrologers then they said my asc is taurus. So i use 09:26 am as my birth time. But the problem is that my divisional charts are not accurate. I need to know about my educational chart.
Can learned astrologers help me with this?
I once filled a vedic astrology research form in which i filled past events and personal life things. I can post it if needed.
