Request you to provide guidance for the following case. He is my brother-in-law and facing problem regarding childlessness.The couple is not able to have children due to their own medical problems. They are spending heavily on treatment every month but still unable to have any hope.

Husband Details
DOB : 15-Jan-1987
TOB : 04:00 hrs (Morning)
POB : Ludhiana, Punjab, India

Wife Details
DOB : 29-Aug-1987
TOB : 22:25 hrs (Night)
POB : Amritsar, Punjab, India

Married on : 26-Jul-2015

Will they be able to have a child of their own ever? Or shall they opt for adoption?

Hubbys chart- no medical problems.mer-MD-jup AD [After JULY-2021]showing favorability to beget issues.
slight medical issues seen in wifes chart like white discharge-leukorrhea kind.saturn-venus[after august-2021]is favourable to her to get successful conception.In both charts jupiters 5th lord under malefic vedha which was the main cause of delay.

Due to good period not running there was delayed in birth of child. Any how pl take advice from doctor and get check up frequently that itself is remedy, I told the birth period it is conception time not birth of children pl note that
