Hi Members,
I need help with my navamsa. My chart recorded at birth and the one i generated using Jagannatha hora software are different.
I am providing below details of my navamsa planets as recorded at birth and as per jagannatha hora (in brackets)
Aries - lagnam - (lagnam, Saturn)
Taurus - Empty - (empty)
Gemini - Rahu - (Rahu)
Cancer - Guru - (Guru)
Leo - Sun - (Sun)
Virgo - Venus - (Empty)
Libra - Empty - (Venus)
Scorpio - Moon - (Moon)
Sagittarius - (Ketu) - (Ketu)
Capricorn - Empty - (Mercury)
Aquarius - Mars - (Empty)
Pisces - Mercurty, Saturn - (Mars)
Also if i choose Raman ayanamsa option, all planets in navamsa change except for Jupiter, Sun, Moon.
Please help confirm the correct navamasa and also which ayanamsa to choose.
In any method, the rasi chart remains the same as recorded at birth.
Regards,
Arun

Re: Navamsa Rectification
hello arunkumar,
the word rectification is a misnomer in astrology. Many people are fancy about it.
There are innumerable factors in astrology which are yet to be resolved. People are
choosy for various reasons and one cannot compel the other to follow a different method.
Ayanamsa is the toughest nut to crack in astrology. Various ayanamsas would yield various
navamsas. Lahiri ayanamsa is followed by many. So do not worry about navamsa too much
now. May be after ten years, you can zero-in on your right navamsa.
truly yours,
