All hell has broken loose , i cant understand whats happening

For the past many years, 6 or 7 maybe , my life has taken such a downward spiral that i cannot bear it anymore, i lost my dog, my mother is fighting a loosing battle with cancer , money gone, all savings gone, any thing i plan it fails and my entire money is gone, i am completely broken, i don't know what to do , i live in Russia, my friend suggested i visit here for help , my dob is 8 april 1976, indore, 15:55 pm .someone pls help , will this ever stop , or am i supposed to live and loose everything.
