Your daughter in law got a wonderful chart. There is Malvya Mahapurush Yoga from Lagna & Moon (even repeat in D-9).
Ven is in its mool trikona sign, so do Sun.
Three malefics in upachaya bhava (Mars in 3H, Rahu in 6H and Sun in 11H are just excellent) and 2 benefics in kendra are wonderful. Further, there are no issues in the chart of ur daughter in law.
Plz note whenever there is any association between 5H/L and 8H/L, there are always issues related to kids. If these combination are present from Lagna, Moon, D-9, D-7 & Karakamansha then it is almost sure.
In her charts:
In D-1, Jup is present in her 5H confirming at least 1 child. SOme people claim Jup in 5H as karako bhava nasha which is generally interpreted as giving gals.
In D-9, 5L Sun is in 5H
In D-7, LL Jup is exalted in 5H.
From Moon, 5L Mars is in 6H and 11L Sat is in 5H.
From Karakamansha, 5L Mer is in 4H and is mutual aspect with 8L Jup.
All indicators confirms child birth but with some issues or medication,
For ur son's charts:
In D-1, 5L Mars is in 4H with 8L Sat.
In D-9, 5L Sat is debi & is in mutuaal aspect with LL/8L Ven
In D-7, 5L Moon is debi
From Moon, 5L Moon is in Lagna.
From Karakamansha, 5L Jup is in 5H.
So it indicates that there will be issues related to kids. However it is not that intensified which can deny such results. I advice for the medication help as well as recitation of Santaan Gopal Mantra on daily basis.
