Any idea why Visa extension of my friend was denied?

Hi,
Two indications are there.
First is that he is running Moon dasha. Was there some false or defamatory statement made against him to damage his reputation?
Second is that Venus antar-dasha is running at present. This has good indications such as happiness, family, etc. So is he living away from family? This antar-dasha may be giving an opportunity to get the happiness from reuniting with family (wife, children).

His Moon dasha is from May 2012 to May 2022. How has it been till date? Especially the stay in US. Was it easy or hard? Was he with or away from family?
Also, how precise is the birth time? Is he fairer in complexion compared to his close blood relatives? Is he lean built?
The intent is to correlate dasha, antar-dasha with available data, fine tune time of birth and hopefully make better predictions.

Thanks for the inputs. As per Lahiri ayanamsa that I have used, Moon is at 9deg58min Aries for time of birth 7:30pm which puts it in Gemini navamsa. When the time of birth is increased to 7:38pm, Moon would be at 10deg02min Aries which would put it in Cancer navamsa. Using the rasi-tulya navamsa technique, Moon in Gemini navamsa for Aries sign indicates honor and wealth whereas Moon in Cancer navamsa indicates worry about money and having to leave / change home.
For 7:30pm birth for this individual, ascendant is in Capicorn sign and Pisces navama. This makes him fairer. However for 7:38pm birth, the ascendant navamsa shifts to Aries. This makes him lean built.
Therefore, when I use Lahiri Ayanamsa (True Lahiri with Spica in the middle of Chaitra) the results indicated seem to point to Capricorn sign and Aries navamsa for ascendant. And for Moon it points to Aries sign and Cancer navamsa. These are for 7:38pm time of birth.

I'm inclined to think prevailing Maha-Dasha of 7th lord Moon/Chandra, placed in the 4th house and Antara of 12th lord Jupiter/Guru (from March 2015 to July 2016), placed in the 12th house of foreign/distant land and subsequent Antara of Lagna Lord Saturn/Shani-dev, that triggered a Raja Yoga helped the native travel overseas.
Anyways, it was Gochara Phala or Planetary transit that has contributed to the unfolding of his destiny. For the records, subsequent Antara starting later in the year is that of Sun/Ravi, the 8th lord of Randra-Sthana who is way too close to Mrityu Bhaga and within in the fatal Trimsamsa degree. So, it may not be a bad idea to seek help and guidance from experienced/knowledgeable experts for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.
