I've had a chance to cast your your birth-chart. Udaya Lagna is placed in Tula Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Swati Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu... who himself is placed in Sandhi/Cusp between 9th and 10th houses influencing both house significations.
