Visa Extension Issues

I am presently in US and facing issues in my visa extension.
That goes for everything .. everything I desire I get it eventually but after too much struggle and stress.
By the time I get it.. I am so much exhausted that I don't even enjoy it that much

Can any expert please read my chart and throw some light on my visa issues?
If I had to go back .. it would be disastrous as it will impact my treatment\stroke recovery and might also lead to temporary separation with my son.

Please guide.

You should tell whether it was pending or not ,it is because of sat it got delayed ,actual reasons you should give

it is pending at the moment .. reason they said was need more documents ...
decision would come by sep end ..
