her husband is in sweden for last 4 years, he is trying his best to relocate to India but no luck. My sister stays alone in India with her kid.
the question is if there is no chance for my brother in law to come back to India then it make sense she should better join him in sweden and stop waiting any further.

My brother in law is in sweden from Oct 2014. its not a love marraige but an arrange one
he is an IT Infrastructure engineer.

the thing is my sister is not keen to relocate abroad. even though she did for any year in Sept 2015 till july 2016. but then she returned with her son.
My Brother IL is trying to get a job here but he is nt getting any thing suitable. the question is if there is barely any possibility seen for him to return it would be better for her to join him there.

what do you suggest..?
