Timing (Month) of Flat Sale

Namaste to you all highly knowledgeable esteemed astrologers,

I just discovered this forum today and till now its been fun. Even I am a student of astrology but not hard core like you guys . I want you guys to execute your knowledge to predict in which Month will the flat of this Man ( whose birth details are mentioned above ) will be sold. He is trying since 2017 .

BUT ...

I request we all asses the chart, predict but hold the answer and release it together on 20 May 2019 @ 12 pm . I invite all kind of astrologers practicing different school of thoughts . Be it PARASHARI, JAIMINI, TAJIKA, BHRIGU ASTROLOGY, or any tool of astrology like Yogini Dasha , Nakshatra , Ashtakavaraga system.

Lets take it like a puzzle and predict together to release our answers at same time (20 May 2019 @ 12 pm ) to find the commonality .

Note : I will be using only and only Ashatakavarga System to predict same
