Permanent Residency or PR

Hello members

I am a student in the US now on a student visa. Looking for jobs and hopeful of finding one here. I intend to work in US but planning to apply for Canada PR in the coming days as H1B here in the US is so dicey and green card wait is excruciating. I intend to bring my parents to Canada later for their better healthcare options mostly and for allowing them to live peacefully with me.

DOB: 19th June 1989
Place of Birth: Puri, Odisha, India
Time: 10-40am.

I wish that learned members can help me see when I might have success or difficulties regarding the same. My current dasha hasnt been great but I've managed it. Next is Chandra mahadasha which being the 12th lord in my case and is in 5th with Saturn. I wish to also maybe learn what this might mean for future endeavors?
