If Loss is indicated in foreign settlement

Dear All
Since I am not getting any career opportunity, I thought to look at foreign settlement & tried study Vedic & KP rules.. Please see.. If I've got it right or not.

Vedic:

1. Relationship between 3-9-12 th house/Lord
2. Affliction of 4th house in any manner
3. 6-8th lord relationship
4. Lagna Lord/house relationship with 12th house
5. If any of these is confirmed from D4 chart
6. Relationship of 3-9-12 house with movable house

KP Rules:
1. 12th cusp sublord relationship with 12th house
2. 3rd& 9th house sublord significator
3. 7th house & lagna cusp sublord significator..

Then the MD of 9th Lord or Rahu MD duration..

My details: 10-08-1977
time: 00: 15: 00 place:
baripada (Odisha)
What I observed:
1. 9th& 4th Lord in 3rd house
2. 12th lord & 3rd lord sitting in Lagna
3. 12th lord aspecting 4th house
4. 6th lord & 8th lord together in Second house (I think this is negating the effect.

KP:
1. 12th cusp sublord is the Significator of 12th house through star lord

2. 3&9 cusp sublord in 3rd house BUT THEIR STAR LORD SIGNIFIES 2 & 6 house which are 12th from 3rd & 7th respectively.

3. 12th house sublord also signifies 8th & 11th house which are 12th to 9th & 12th respectively.

[ LOSSES?? ]

Now Im running Dasha of 9th & 10th lord Saturn but Saturn transiting 8th house.

Past event: in December 2014 I got student visa for Australia to study MBA from a reputed university. But after reaching there is lost confidence since I had taken a loan from dad & felt guilty of taking parents money. So I cancelled my admission & returned back in jan 2015 & did my MBA here in India.

But I am getting confused now & thinking I should have migrated to Canada.. So should I??

Saturn shows West direction & Jupiter shows South. I went Sydney at the end of Jupiter Dasha.
Now Saturn dasha started in July 2017.

1.Should I try again to pursue my career in Canada
2.Is there any losses there.
3.Previously Mr.Joy D & Mr. Lex has confirmed that I should be in writing profession & I hav done it in past also but without financial gain

Is there loss in foreign land or Success in foreign country relating to my career..

I've tried to give every detail.. So please correct me & guide me

Dear Abhi,

For success or gains in aboard 12th cuspal sublord must signify 2,3,6,10,11
Your 12th cuspal sublord is Jupiter.

Jupiter as a planet 1,8
Starlord Mars 1,12,7 (conj moon-1)
Sublord Venus ---
Starlord of Venus is Rahu 5 (asp by saturn - 3,9,10) (Stl mars -1,12,7), (sgl mer - 4)

If you see Jupiter is significator of 3rd and 10th.. it does not signify money houses i.e... 2,6... you can expect gains or success in moderate terms.. Jupiter is also significator of 8th... so obstacles will be there...
