I am thinking of applying for Canada via their express entry permanent residence program.

I need your advice when this will fructify as this is time consuming and money investment as well. I just need to know if my chart is favouring foriegn settlement .

Can someone guide when is the right time to apply and when will l succeed in this endevaour
