If 12th and 8th house and lords have benefic aspect then someone will permanently be abroad. If the dasa lords are sitting in water signs then they will be abroad for entire dasa. if not it will be short visit.

also if 4th house is strong they will be in motherland and if its weak they will not be in motherland

This person wont settle abroad as 8th and 12th house has no benefic aspect from venus or Jup or Mer or Moon. the dasa he is running is venus and its not on water sign, next is sun, moon, mars dasa. he can go abroad and be there in moon dasa as its in cancer and with ragu. but will be back in mars dasa

12th lord venus is in 10th house so in venus dasa he can go abroad for job and career and will be back.

4th lord of home and homeland is with Jup so he will be happy and shine in homeland. if 4th house is severely afflicted they can find happiness away from homeland
