Residing in own house

Hi,

We live in India and work in IT field. We bought a 2 BHK flat in 2004 and lived there, but moved out into a rental 3 BHK apartment in 2009.
SInce then, we have been living in the rented apartment. Though we longed for moving into own apartment, it did not happen at all. We checked some houses, new projects, but nothing materialized. We purchased a flat far away in 2014, but since it doesnt suit us for school/office, we are not able to move into it.
Can someone check our charts to tell us why living in own residence is not materializing and is there hope for it in near future.

Spouse having 4th lord in 9th house, and running 4th lord Mahadasha shouldnt it have given happiness in residence?

you may see positive changes from 16-4-2019 onwards acc to your spouse chart.

1-jupiter in 6th ,4th house with 8th lord moon,karaka mars under nodal influence..in your chart.From 27-4-2019,you are entering in to venus-jup AD.So from 16-4-2019 to 27-4-2019,at any time you can occupy your own apartment.

2-spouse chart-,karaka mars in 6th.4th lord saturn is in 8th lord mercury's star.Are the cause for delay in entering in to your own apartment.

I am referring to Mumbai chart. If your birth details are correct. There are no issues with living and owning property.
Current maha dasa lord Venus is placed in own house and sub period lord Rahu is unfavorable for you which can bring challenges / stress to your profession.
Last quarter of 2018 is favorable for property related issues.

Thanks Joyd and Sujit. The Mumbai chart has fourth lord in 6th house, and 8th lord in 4th house..what does that indicate?
Venus mahadasha for the mumbai chart - overall a bad dasha? So does that cause the negative experiences ?
Actually spouse (kerala chart) does not "feel" the longingness to move to own house. But self, the mumbai chart is deeping longing for it...
Anyway, hoping for better days in future...though I dont see a clear path right now.

I analyze chart through K.P. System of astrology. It has to be seen from science ( mathematics and with rationale)

You guys already invested the money in buying the flats, and stayed in own flat, but moved out of own flat in a bigger flat but on rental for ease of commuting to work-place.

Mother, Property, Education... are prized possessions seen from 4th cusp longitudinal depsoitions
Btw... 3rd and 4th cusp lord is same.... and dasa period of 3rd,4th lord is on, Shani is in 9th bhava
Shani in Aslesha nakshatra

And moved out of own house in 2009 Shani dasa- Budha bhukti

In the chart, Guru and Ravi in conjunction, though not in rapt conjunction ( that satisfied me, reason relocation to rented flat because of workplace commutation)
