Waiting for the last 6 Months for my PR

I came to UK in May 2012 and it was only in November 2017, after a lot of struggle and difficulties I applied for my PR in UK. But, it has been almost 6 months now I still have not received it.

Please guide, why the delay!!!

My DOB : 13/03/1982
Place of birth: New Delhi
Time of Birth: 15:10 IST.
