Hii garber,

Yes, chances of completing phd in abroad are present in your chart. As your 9th lord (Saturn) is exalted & aspecting 5th lord (mercury) and 8th lord (jupiter).

Higher education, Travel for studies are seen from 9th house.
Further 8th house bestows research,depth of knowledge etc, you have strong 8th house also saturn has drishti on jupiter.
