It's difficult to say whether it will be a big problem or a small problem. It maybe will be a legal problem. Yes, you can buy the property in April. About how to overcome the problem, I am not sure about that as I have no idea of astrological remedies.

You will be running favourable Venus,Sun sub-sub-bhukthis from late 12/2013- mid 4/2014. Venus is 4L and aspects 4H in Rasi and is also in 4H in Navamsa. The Venus sub-sub is followed by Sun sub-sub. Sun is conjunct 4L Venus in Rasi. The conjunction of Sun and Venus also happen to be in 4H from Moon. This is probably the best periods during Mo-Ra that you are running till June 2014.
