Confused about RESIDENCE

Dear Esteemed Teachers,

I am aware that I do have a lot of confusion in my life. In my current Mahadasha it is better for me to live out of India, but my current job wants me to come back to India from Dubai where I have been staying since 9 years. They want me to come to India and set up their work for them in India.

I want to know what is the best option for me according to my charts

1. Stay in my current jobin Dubai where they want me to come go to india on a temporarya assignment and set up their entire work there
2. Continue staying in Dubai in my current job where there is a lot of pressure and not much work in dubai
3. Change my job and get a new job out of India ie in any gulf country

Please help and guide me which option is best according to my charts. In my current Mahadasha of Sun shall I be out of India or staying away from my birth place Ujaain and living in Mumbai or another city is fine according to my planets.
