Can I make long permanent abroad settlement

I am outside india now for three month assignment.I always wanted to settle abroad.I am not sure how thy is trip is going to be.This will be be last chance and I want to make most of it.Looking forward for response.

I was told by one astrologer I will settle abroad during my Rahu Dasha and you will be there for long term....Should I keep trying nin future or focus on other things and jobs in India...your valuable direction will be of great help

For the given date and time, your janma nakshatra is Ardra. If so, you started with Rahu dasa. The astrologer who told you might have miscalculated. The current dasa of saturn ends in 2023. Thereafter in the Mercury dasa, there are chances to go abroad.

I would like to update on my foreign settlement.I finally fot long term assignment for 5 years under very tensed and miraculous conditions.I was in big trouble in Jan 2019 on career front,when my team got dissolved back in in India.I was on assignment in USA from 15 Oct 18 to Jan 2019. Some how circumstances kept changing and my trip was extended twice .I was sure when I go back to India my office had prepared to fire me from my job as there was huge job cut in my company.Some how miraculously on 18 Feb 2019 to 1 March 2019 my company in USA asked me are you considering moving GMNA.This was very surprising since there were huge job cut in USA and India for my company. I said big "YES" and my all paperwork for VISA went through. i am here on L1 VISA for 5 years and my company will be working on H1B in this years to get me here for very long time. This was very close experience with destiny I am so thankful to almighty.

I would like to understand more and planet play behind this.

Your birth chart is quite straight forward in terms of foreign settlement.
D1:
1.Lagna lord moon in 12th house ,making your life to have foreign element and interest .
2.12th lord mercury in 4th house along with Saturn, making uneasy stay in motherland.
3. Saturn being malefic also happen to be 8th house lord and 8th house is dushtana and unknown place.

Thank you for your encouragement.
I have VISA in USA Until sept 2023 and before that my H1B visa has to be picked.
Last two attempts my H1B did not get picked in lottery.
When will my visa get picked once it gets picked up my stay will be quite long as you said.

It could bring stress and travel/ change of location.
Current time stressful for profession.
