Chances for job change

Dear Friends,

This is a query shared with me by a family friend re: their son: 13-Oct-1997; 9:43AM; 79E06, 21N09.

He is engg graduate (automobile) from 2019 batch but could not get into desired IT-sector. Spent last few years doing IT training courses. Joined first job in June'22 and left in 6-months. Later joined his current job in May-2023 in a manufacturing firm but wants to get into IT.

10th lord Sun under direct 7th drishti of Saturn. Sa-Me antardasha starts in July'24. Me is well placed in owh house with 10th lord. Boy is currently under mid-Sadesaati phase.

When will he change job into desired field of work? Will it be from next antardasha change? Will his career be a smooth one or with breaks? Will he find success away from native place?

Hi,

Native seems to have switched Maha-Dashas from that of 2nd & 5th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev (placed in the Zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makara Rashi, which happens to be his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation) to that of 3rd & 4th lord Saturn/Shani-dev (placed in the Zodiac sign of Pisces or Meena Rashi) midway through 2021. In essence, they are in Rashi Parivarthana, activating each other. For the records, Jupiter/Guru-dev is never too happy nor comfortable being placed in the 3rd house of Courage and Pro-active initiatives... so, the native is probably a bit tentative and perhaps a bit of a introvert.

Apart from that, the native is currently in the midst (actually at the peak) of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev's transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.

Both 10th lord of Karma-Sthana Sun/Ravi and Rahu placed in the 10th house have below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga. To make matters worse, Sun/Ravi seems to be preoccupied in a Planetary war or Graha Yudha Mercury/Budha and seems to have torched him for being in close proximity.

Anyways, upcoming Antara of 8th & 11th lord Mercury/Budha (from July 2024) should create some opportunities for change. It would make sense for the native to thread cautiously.

Many thanks Sishya ji for your guidance. Also you are accurate in that the native is quite introvert. Also there are issues between father and son.
